"Very clean, staff very friendly, perfect location to visit La Cité. We parked our 7 mtr Motorhome easily. Gardens were a treat. Everything was well maintained. Great food and good selection of wines. Would definitely recommend and will visit again."

"Beautiful hotel and property right next to la cite, but away from the crowds. Rooms were very clean and chic with excellent air conditioning. The pool was the highlight. Lots of sun loungers, perfect for a hot afternoon."

"Our one night stay offered everything we needed. 10 minutes from the center of Narbonne, Novotel has easy parking and easy freeway access. The pool is large and welcoming, and they have towels for guests. The reception area and bar have lots of natural light. The best surprise was that the fitness center has new equipment and air conditioning - rare in France. It’s not large but was nice. Highly recommend. And the town of Norbonne has a magnificent cathedral and palace - worth a short visit."
