All was well until I come in from the pool card deactivated so went to the desk and the guy was extremely rude. Escorted me to my room to tell me they have shut down the rooms due to construction in sprinkler heads. Was very pushy for me to leave immediately when I had 2+ more hours before my planned departure per an additional charge. Somewhere there was a disconnect in staff communication. So showered quickly and rushed to be out. Not pleasant!"
