"It's not well marked and a little hard to find. It's actually in a business office building. The staff was super nice, the room was clean and beds were comfy. We loved the location and ability to walk everywhere. Wish we had known more about the airport shuttle as we rented a car, paid $50 for parking and didn't use it. "

"The hotel was in a great location. The front desk staff was amazing, very welcoming. Breakfast was very fresh, delicious and plenty of room to sit down and eat comfortable. The room was very spacious and clean. I will definitely be recommending this hotel and staying here in the future if I need to come back to Austin, Texas. "

"Although the issue was resolved by front desk, its hard to not comment on it. Initially, we booked for a queen studio and were at first impressed with the hotel. Upon very little inspection, meaning- being more aware of surroundings- there were at minimum 5 dead roaches located throughout the room. Simply plain as day out in the open. Imagine the ones we would have found if we attempted to look for them. One near the stove, three spread across the floors, one located slightly under the bed, and one in the bathroom. The front desk upon notice did upgrade our room and offer a fresh pair of sheets as compensation. But the room differences were clear as day. The new room smelled more fresh, lacked roaches on genuine inspection, and for the most part was satisfactory. The previous roach room- did not smell as freshly cleaned. Definitely satisfied with staff, the elevator was out of service at the time- amenities looked well kept and breakfast was fairly good and offered variety each day."

"Bathroom was seriously so dirty. Behind the toilet paper roll was disgusting. I had hair piled up beside the bed and when a pillow fell on the floor, after I picked it up it was covered in dust and hair. Staff was chill but I asked for room cleaning after a few days and it never came. Won’t be staying here again "
