Location is a bit of a walk through some “shady” roads but no one messed with us. There is a homeless shelter a few blocks over. The property itself is new, nice, clean, a great value for the money, and safe. We ended up Ubering to most places at a cost of $10-15 per trip. An Uber to AUS was $35-40, so beware of that cost. Overall, a fun getaway!

This was such a nice apartment! Very clean,spacious and a great location. So much better than staying at a hotel. I would definitely stay here again and recommend. Also the staff was very helpful and friendly. The views of the city were awesome!

Staff were fine no issue there. Location is very central, took me usually between 10-12 minutes to get around the city. The rooftop has a very nice view of the city, it has a nice pool table too. The room was a studio. Overall, it could’ve been better accommodating. It had no table to sit and eat so we found ourselves having to eat on the bed. Putting the tv on the wall and having a small table with two chairs under is not that complicated. The room was VERY dirty. The floor in the bathroom had hair on the floor form the previous guest. The floor in the unit was also very dirty and it was noticeable. We like to take our shoes off and walk either barefoot or in socks. We had to wash our feet every time we were going to bed. Additionally, the shower floor was slippery. This only means one thing, poor cleaning and disinfecting. The cabinets in the kitchen had handprints. The amenities said it has washer/dryer but it does not function. If you are the type to not mind or overlook these things then staying here is just fine. However, if the cleanliness of the place does affect your stay, I would say skip.

Really clean room, great building. Parking was a little rough for my Expedition, but anything smaller shouldn't have a problem. Felt safe and secure. The shower head was probably the worst part. Did the job, but zero pressure even though the spout had a great volume of water and pressure. Overall, a really great stay.

A very clean room with nice furniture and all the amenities you could want. I loved the gym and the staff was always very friendly. I will 100% book with Kasa again the next time I take a trip to Austin.

My rating is 1. No chair. No table. Only one small night stand with a reading lamp whose switch was almost inaccessible. Translucent blinds that barely dimmed the bright light in the pool area. Uncomfortable mattress. No bath mat. Confusing and limited tv access. Unsettling scratching noises from behind the walls. Rats? Late arriving check out information. If this is what Kasa is about then count me out in the future.

I recently stayed at Kasa The Waller in Austin and had an absolutely great experience overall. The standout feature was the polite and helpful staff—they were responsive via messenger and went out of their way to assist with any questions I had, making the whole process smooth. A small heads-up beforehand about Kasa being a bit atypical would have been nice; it’s more like an apartment-hotel with virtual check-in, no traditional front desk, and self-service amenities, which caught me off guard at first. But once I got settled, it all worked out perfectly. The room was spacious, modern, and equipped with everything I needed, including a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and comfortable bedding. The location in downtown Austin was unbeatable—close to Rainey Street, Lady Bird Lake, and all the vibrant spots without being overwhelming. Amenities like the rooftop pool and fitness area added that extra touch of luxury. At a reasonable price for what you get, this place offers incredible value compared to standard hotels. I’d highly recommend it for anyone looking for a flexible, high-quality stay in Austin. Just be prepared for the tech-forward approach!

This property is beautiful and the location is ideal. The only issue is that parking will likely not be available as advertised. I went and they were “out of passes” so I had to use street parking which is $39/day so expect to spend additional on parking.b

Parking is ridiculous

The facility was amazing. The parking not so much. It was stressful they have you register with the condo and the towing service. I had management come and check where I parked I was still towed. Why did I give the towing company my personal info and my license plate number if they were going to tow anyways and not contact me ?
