"The property was very clean and convenient to our plans. Plenty of parking. The main bedroom had a door, so someone could still watch tv or cook in kitchen and not disturb someone sleeping. The full size refrigerator was super. It was definitely better than the mini fridges in other hotels. I absolutely loved that there was a separate area to do my hair and makeup. Location: great access to Loop 1 to get to downtown. Grocery store was only 10 min away. Plenty of eateries in the area. "

"Hotel was under renovations, that was not communicated previously. They had no breakfast which was included. The entire property smelled like paint and once in the room there was no toilet paper, tried calling the front desk but the phones didnt work. A lot of guests were unpleased and the staff was not very helpful"

"Great location,near multiple stores and restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful, limited parking in front but garage parking available for free. Clean comfortable safe and aesthetically pleasing will stay here again "

"Exhaust fan in the bathroom is not working, fogging up the mirror and leave the ceiling so condensed with water evaporation caused by the hot/warm water when taking a shower. Also some of the light switch on the dining was not working. No toiletries, hair dryer was not there."

"I liked the breakfast served, hot and many options. The room was clean and orderly. The pool is very small not like in pictures. Staff friendly. The only down side was a child I heard crying a couple of times and I could hear my neighbor open and shut door frequently. Thankfully it was not an issue at night. Restaurants nearby. A CVS next door. There is also a fabulous restaurant “The Oasis” about a 7 minute drive from this hotel! Happy accident. "

"The staff was very nice and helped in getting us a couple of extra request we needed. The only comment I’d make for some improvement would be to update in usb ports for charging phone etc. Lowering the bathing products so younger shorter kids can reach them and an adjustable shower to make it lower and easier for shorter than a 6 ft person to adjust the spray head and lastly heavier comforters for the bedding. "Dont believe all of the pictures. There is not a fabulous multi level lobby with greenery, and the "King Suites" are smaller than our master bathroom at home. There is also not a river view as advertised."

"Airport shuttle was easy to find. I took the shuttle very early in the morning from the hotel to the airport. The shuttle was there and waiting at 3am."

"The front desk and breakfast attendant were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast has something for everyone's taste and the dining room was always clean and well stocked. I enjoyed this hotel so much that I edited my future overnight stays in other cities to to BW Plus! The bed was too soft for me, but I'm picky."

"First floor rooms have vaulted ceilings; lighting was great throughout the room; large bathroom was definitely a plus-room to move around in even if more than one person; and most of all great price for a last-minute reservation. Only negative is the noise in the above room, otherwise no other issues. Would recommend booking this hotel. "
