"I didn't stay at this nasty roach motel the police were there as soon as I pulled in there were homeless people all over the place the staff was rude and then I couldn't didn't feel safe enough to stay there and had to find another place to stay and then they charge my card I want my money back!!!!"

"The Valet guy was awesome. He saw my DV plates and told me parking was free. The receptionist at the front dest was very polite, but it appeared that she was just waking up when I approached the counter. The tiles in the elevator were pretty beat up. Almost half of them were broken. The room was ok, but there was a section of wallpaper coming off and the door in the bathroom had painted peeling off. Probably wouldn’t go back again"

There was a wooden desk chair with visibly dry liquid on the seat. the desk and dresser also had these same soiled areas. the outlets were loose when plugging in chargers. the mirror was also visibly stained/damaged. the luggage rack was rusty, the ironing board had no padding or cover. The walls had visible mold, especially in the bathroom. the shower/tub had built up soap scum. I did not check the water pressure, because I was hesitant to step into the...
