"We enjoyed our stay at Stage 12 Hotel by Penz. The location was great, within old town and just steps away from shopping, restaurants, and major attractions. We got a balcony room with a mountain view, which was definitely worth the upgrade. The views were incredible! However, the room itself was VERY tiny, and the bed was not very comfortable. The reception staff was kind and helpful. We also enjoyed drinks at the downstairs bar, and the bartenders were fabulous. We spoke with Anna quite a bit, and it was a joy meeting her. Overall, our stay was good and we would recommend!"

"The hotel was beautiful with amazing views of the lake. There is no AC but comfortable with the back door open. Everything closes early so make sure you get something for dinner before everything closes. Restaurant hotel closes at 20:30. Will come back again and stay in this hotel."
