"Please note this hotel is on a third floor of a building. There is no ground floor. You will need to go up 3 flights of stairs to reach the hotel floor. This was not disclosed anywhere in the listing and when I reached out to the hotel about it they offered no apologies or resolution. They left my messages on read and my mother and I had to stay somewhere else."

Perfect location, lovely building, all staff super nice and a great breakfast. Some facilities were being renovated but all else great and they worked with us to make up for no spa for our dates!

A well located hotel opposite the Royal Palace and within walking distance of the main sites in Madrid. The room we had was spacious and clean and well equipped. The only thing missing for us as Brits was milk to put in the cup of tea we were able to make in the room but this was not a problem for us personally as there was a small shop close by. The hotel was clean with a superb roof terrace which would be great place to have a drink and watch the sunset over the city. The staff were incredibly...

Very happy with our stay. Perfectly clean rooms, food available late when we got in to check in at night, breakfast available until 11/12 depending on day of the week. We didn't spend much time there but any staff we did interact with were all friendly and helpful in either English or Spanish.

The property was 2 mins walk from Plaza Mayor with all the restaurants and history, and the location allowed easy walkable access to historic Madrid. A short walk down a street took you to a taxi rank so easy for airport run. Breakfast reasonabke price and good selection.

Loved this hotel, staff were outstanding, could not be more helpful, everything I asked for they had an answer or found an answer. I asked for a baby cot as an extra for the weekend and they went and purchased a cot, blankets and mattress. I shall re visit.
Rooms were very big nice and clean. Location was perfect, walked to most places from here.
Negative
Hard to find, hard to get in the big doors but staff really helpful.

Great location in central Madrid - very close to Mercado San Miguel - but not easy to find! Look for a very small plaque on the right hand side of building number two with the logo MetMadrid. It's then on the second floor number 2c.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Spotless, modern room, making the best use of a small space. Comfortable with everything working well - TV, wifi, shower etc.
Great value for money.

What a terrific hotel! Staff were absolutely brilliant with everything across the board. Room was big and lovely. Great typical Spanish street views. Reception staff and cleaners always happy. Couldn't find a better placed hotel where all the buzz was...sightseeing and bars/restaurants. Just wonderful. Will be back definitely...Deborah and Rachel from Glasgow UK
