"Not what you’d expect of a five-star hotel chain: lumpy mattresses, cheap sheets that didn’t fit the bed, no kettle in room so hot water from coffee machine tasted odd, two tiny bottles of water in fridge, fan that didn't work overnight only in morning. However, room was clean and staff were nice when they were responsive."

El personal es sumamente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento, lo cual hace la estancia mucho más agradable. Destaco especialmente la comodidad de la cama, que permitió un excelente descanso después de un día de viaje. En general, todo estuvo muy bien y sin inconvenientes. Sin duda, es un lugar que recomendaría y al que volvería en una próxima visita."
