"This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in my whole life! The hotel is gorgeous and the staff is very friendly. We checked into this hotel right after we drove from Stepantsminda, and we were tired and hungry. The staff offered us breakfast and champagne and we were so grateful for that. Breakfast is spectacular, with the beautiful piano playing live. The location is perfect. There is an underground bridge nearby that leads you to where the good restaurants are. "Good location, just a short walk from Metekhi Bridge. Very friendly staff. Breakfast not to good. Got the receptionist to help me with transport when I was leaving. Agreed on a price, but when arriving the driver didn´t accept the agreed price. Early in the morning and not to keen to argue I just paid the demanded price. Bad service."

"This is a wonderful hotel, not only for the brand new state of the art, air-conditioned room, and incredible buffet breakfast, which also served as lunch, but mostly for the kindly and attentive staff. "By far one of my favourite places to stay in Georgia. Room was spectacularly clean with two free waters, nice hotel staff. Only issue was I found what looked like ants all around the fridge and desk as I was about to check-out, likely from my open pack of skittles. So tip: dont leave any open foods, or u might end up in the same situation as I was! Still 5 stars."

"Located by the Avlabari metro station. Where you can get vans to go to Yerevan. Walking distance to central area. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Front desk was very helpful. The breakfast was great made fresh, definitely not continental but traditional fare. Very filling and delicious. Highly recommend this Hotel, you won’t be disappointed."
