"We were recently at this hotel with a large group. We had a wonderful time. The room had beautiful high ceilings and it had a lot of charm. I loved that the bathroom had its own sink and then there was another sink located outside of the actual bathroom. We also really love the large refrigerator, spacious room, and comfy bed. If I was ever in this area again, I would used to stay here, but know that the air conditioning doesn’t get as cold as I like it, which is pretty cold."

I will say the morning staff at the registration welcome desk, specifically Gretta, was not warm or friendly, very robotic, and never smiled, which really removes the whole inviting customer service appeal. The valets were awesome, especially Raymond, very personable. The breakfast was amazing, and I loved the outside dining experiences, especially in the morning. The other staff were also fabulous, room service turned down our beds, and they were both professional...
