"We couldn’t find a hotel in Milan. This hotel was available one hour away, so we booked it. We’re glad that we did, basic services for a traveler, nice people, family owners, the area is full of small towns and beautiful lakes and rivers. Nicer than Como."

"This is not really a hotel. It ends up being more like an Airbnb. There is no one to receive you, and all access instructions are sent in writing. They also ask you to pay taxes online through an external link outside of Expedia, which feels unsafe and untrustworthy. In fact, you have to do it, otherwise they do not send the exact address or access instructions. It is basically a house converted into rooms, with a shared bathroom for everyone. At least it was clean."

"I've been to Bergamo a lot, and this is, by far, the best place I've stayed at. The views, the service, and the quality of the room are all second to none. Upper Bergamo is only a 15-20 walk away. "
