Very bad traetment from the staff specially for Arab people. Broken beds, leakage in the bathroom and very slow service. I dont recommend this hotel to any one

Definitiv kein 5-Sterne-Hotel. Im Zimmer hat es unzählige Mängel, sehr viel ist defekt. Spa Bereich stinkt, Jacuzzi und Pool sind dreckig, einfach nur ekelhaft , 2 Saunen funktionieren nicht. Kinder unter 10 Jahre dürfen alleine in die Sauna, unglaublich.

Hotel stay in the mountains

Hard to find, very difficult to reach in snow time, unfriendly staff and reception, restaurant closed at dinner time in low season. Very nice and large rooms.

ne radi grijanje

Rezervirali smo apartman u kojemu nije radilo grijanje i koji se doslovno raspadao. Vrata od wc-a se nisu mogla zatvoriti, prozor se nije mogao do kraja zatvoriti, telefon nije radio.... Nakon cijelonocnog smrzavanja i naseg protestiranja da cemo napustiti hotel, dali su nam dvije standardne sobe. Na odlasku su nam naplatili punu cijenu i pokusali naplatit koristenje mini bara kojeg nitko nije koristio.

Hotellet var bra med en fin meny med flera rätter men det fanns bara en rätt att välja "Brunch" som har stått hela dagen typiskt "Ryskt" Hotellet ligger i ett industriområde och det är långt till Centrum och SPA anläggningen är liten

Die 5 Sterne definitiv nicht mehr wert !

Das Hotel wurde in 2010 eröffnet. Es wurde in den letzten 4 Jahren nicht viel für die Instandhaltung getan und wenn ja sehr provisorisch und unprofessionell. Im Wellnessbereich (Poolbereich) sind die Duschen demontiert. Die Deckenverkleidung der Lüftungsanlage hat Roststellen. Die Halogenlampen hängen an den Kabeln von der Decke (auch im Poolberiech). Von der gesamten Beleuchtung war maximal die hälfte in Betrieb. Im gesamten Hotel war im Teppichbereich Flecken zu sehen. Auf mehrfache Anfrage wurden die Bademäntel auf das Zimmer gebracht. 2 Nächte mit Frühst. gebucht. Ersten haben wir aus eigenen Gründen nicht wahrnehmen können beim 2. Baten wir um ein Lunchpacket, da wir gegen 6 abreisen mussten. Lunchpacket wurde am nächsten Morgen vergessen vorzubereiten. Hotel war fast leer und wg. Überforderung haben sie unser Frühstück bestimmt nicht vergessen.
