Das einzige, was man nicht gesagt hatte: man muss für den Wellness Bereich ein Zeitfenster buchen. Das haben wir erst erfahren, als wir abends mit Bademänteln vor der Tür standen und nicht rein konnten. Hätte man beim Check in schon mal sagen können."
