"This place is next level. Bath robes and sandals. Heaven. Just reading the amenities list sounds like a mini theme park. And it delivers!!! The pools are by far the best attraction in the summer. Indoor or outdoor, you can take your pick. But so tranquil and relaxing. And a pool that has a cave with a jacuzzi on top is not over exaggerating. The meals are fantastic as well. You walk in to dinner or breakfast and the smells pull you in. Then the spread and flavor make it amazing. And those...

"A lovely welcoming hotel. Staff were amazing and helpful. Easy parking with big parking space in front of hotel. Ski bus operated by the hotel twice in the morning but the public ski bus is right in front of the hotel as well. Driving to the nearest ski area (Warth) was easy 12-15 minutes and at the Jägeralp skilift there was plenty of parking. "Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"
