"Our experience at Demeure Flore was exceptional and one of a kind. Fracesco welcomed us warmly and made us the best meal of our trip which we enjoyed in his lovely garden nestled in the French countryside. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean and it was like finding an oasis after a few long days of travel. The only sad thing was we were only able to stay one night. We hope to return some day. "Absolutely a dream location to access the medieval city. Literally steps from the Narbonne gate. Our room was spacious and comfortable, but our door lock was broken so locking the room was impossible. Luckily, the room had a second hidden door behind the floor to ceiling blood red curtains, so we could safely lock our stuff up while we explored. After a full day of exploring the medieval city, we came back to the room late at night to no heat or hot water - which was a super big let down. The staff did work to get it turned back on, and we had hot water by midnight, but were freezing. The restaurant was not open during our stay, so I can't speak to that. We didn't have time to find/use the pool. hot tub or spa. Wish we had more than one night to really enjoy the hotel's amenities. We loved the town and would recommend staying here."
