"Their corner restaurant was great! We had an issue with our key and they arrived in 2 minutes to help us. They were nicer than nice. The people above us were so loud and very inconsiderate of others staying at the hotel. Not the fault of the hotel."

"Overall an excellent stay for the room rate, however, the $30 resort fees with all the taxes were a little high for not really using any of the amenities. Thanks!"

"The property was situated well on the Broadwalk close to the beach and many casinos are within walking distance. The view of the beach/ocean from the room was unforgettable. Problem was staff. Place is a condominium/time share with rentals-not a hotel. Sensed an aristocratic air of residents vs renters with staff being less gracious to renters since stay only temporary. Other problem was initial room had a leaky toilet and no hot water from any of 4 faucets. Room was changed but not fun...

"The hotel is priced well below the boardwalk hotels for a reason. The parking lot is small with trash blowing around and smells like urine. People are sleeping on the sidewalks and begging for money outside. The lobby and hallways smell like a smoking parlor. You can everything from the adjacent rooms and hallway conversations. The bathroom hinges are rusted, mirrors chipped, paint peeling, baseboards haven’t been cleaned in months, headboards are peeling, and bathrooms have mildew. The pictures...

"Super friendly staff. An old classic landmark hotel. Very reasonably priced during the weekdays. Convenient to get to the casino in Bally's and Caesars. A bit of a stale odor in the hallways. Extremely convenient if you're going to visit the cannabis lounge."

"I just went inside the room and I just left the room. I had a bad allergy of asthma stink. The room smells like cigarette and it was not even clean the room how I’m supposed to sleep in that room. And they don’t wanna ever return my money back. I didn’t even stay there."

"Other than the check in being at 4pm and the pool closing and fitness center closing at 6pm which didn’t give us time to utilize the pool or fitness equipment the stay hotel was very nice. The room was very clean and spacious."

"The hotel has rooms that people are staying long term. They have signs in their windows saying "by all means, do not knock on the door." It was loud all night. Yelling and banging. Someone even knocked on the bathroom window while we were there. The bathroom door wouldn't close and the microwave was missing a knob to set the heat. The door to the room locked, but to be honest needed another lock for security. We passed many homeless and strung out people on the walk to the boardwalk. "
