"The hotel staff, especially the receptionist, can be quite unfriendly, careless, and unhelpful. I thought it was just with me, but it wasn't. I saw her talking to four more guests, and she was just as rude to them too. I had to wait for my room to be cleaned after until 3:45pm, and the floor was pretty dirty. The only good thing is the transportation options available. It's fine if you're just looking for something to sleep in."
"Super nette Angstellte und ich fand das Frühstücksangebot super. Auch das man im „Park“ alles frei nutzen konnte. Das Hotel selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. "
"A good hotel at a fair price. For sure, not a luxury hotel but, for the price, good rooms and good breakfast. Parking included in price. Nice people in reception and at breakfast. 12 minutes walk to S-bahn. Biggest disadvantage was a slow and erratic internet that made Zoom-meetings almost impossible. Would be glad to return if the internet was improved, as it is now, I cannot recommend to anyone who needs internet."
"The property was great, very clean and comfortable. But what made the property a 5 star in my book was the staff. Extremely helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"This hotel is incredibly clean. The breakfast is fabulous, with plenty of variety. The closest I can come to saying anything bad is that the WiFi wasn’t robust. That didn’t really matter, because the cellular data was great. "
