"Incredible Don’t come for the party. Come for the relaxation. Very nice resort. No buffet but top notch food at three restaurants. Don’t come if you like plain food as the food is “fancy” Staff are just incredible. Your needs are met everywhere. Our concierge, Angel, was fabulous. He made our reservations and made sure everything was just right. All staff were great but Rodolfo was a stand out for us The roof top deck with infinity pool are amazing. The views and food are so good up there. Excellent beach service. Delicious guacamole and mango margs"

"Check-in was very quick and easy. Our room was great—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The resort grounds were consistently being cared for, and staff members everywhere were friendly and welcoming. Even though the bars were busy, service was impressively quick. The buffet offered a wide variety of options and was clearly a popular choice. There was plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, and staff brought water and coffee to the table. They also did a great job accommodating larger groups. The steakhouse restaurant filled up quickly, so I recommend getting there early to put your name on the list—but it was definitely worth it. We had a very good meal there. Finding a chair at the pool could be a bit challenging. Many guests wake up early to reserve chairs by placing their towels on them, but don't leave them overnight. Just be sure not to lose your towels so you can get your key card back. From what we experienced, there wasn’t consistent poolside drink service. Occasionally, a cart would come around with cocktails (no beer), but the walk-up and swim-up bars were efficient, and the lines moved quickly. There were also fun pool activities like water basketball, volleyball, and water exercise classes. One day featured live music, and the saxophone player was absolutely amazing! Tips: Reserve your pool chairs early—bring a towel and a book to claim your spot Pack a small hydro-style tumbler to keep drinks cold and cut down on plastic cups used. "

"Rooms- The check-in starts your vacation down in a an underground room. On the way to this room, there are multiple broken tiles and renovation needed almost everywhere you look. The rooms were clean and beds were nice. But, the rooms were still in need of touch-ups (missing paint, faded mirrors, etc.) and had an older smell to them. The two ATM machines were broken so we had to go next door to the competing hotel to use theirs. Poole/bars- As far as the pool goes, every chair at the pool is reserved with someone’s towel before 7 am. If you don’t reserve by this time, you won’t have a seat available while your kids are swimming. The swimming pools were great! The family pool is fun and there’s a separate pool for adults. Please NOTE they have pictures of a water slide on their website that is non existent at this resort. The kids zone/pool was very run down and our children only played there for less than an hour due to this. The bars had a wide variety and the staff was great, but you do have to tell them or tip them to make sure you get alcohol, because they have almost none in them. Lastly, the lines to get a drink are a minimum of 5-10 min. Food- The buffet and snack bars have great food. The staff takes forever to get your drinks (usually when your finished eating). But it has great options for vegetarian for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The three restaurants that are here are a 5 out of 10. The Asian restaurant has great food and staff. The other ones are terrible "

When you are booking your restaurants, choose the Japanese and Italian, both very good, the Mexican one was not great. 4.2/5 "
