The staff was amazing and the location was perfect for our group of 26 travelers. We stayed there for a week. The restaurant on site has great food and the swimming pool was perfect. Highly recommend. Large parking lot for boats and travelers. Security was great with no problems.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also very dog friendly. The pool was very nice and used a lot. The food in the resturant was very good, especially the fish and chili rellanos. the bartender, waiter Allen was very helpful and liked by all. our group had 10 rooms, most said water pressure was very good, but we were not able to use ours the whole time. we were in the upper building.
Staff were nice and helpful. Plenty of parking and close to shops and beach. Room was spacious but needs a little update on the sink and shower. Overall it was good.
Room was exceptionally clean, looked freshly painted, overlooked the Sea of Cortez parking was easy, pet friendly with room to spare. Staff were all friendly, exceptional service and helpful.
We really enjoyed our stay, I would definitely recommend this hotel for any length of stay. With a restaurant and bar on site and an easy walk to the museum and other stores it's a perfect location.
Great place to stay. Definitely will consider it coming back.

Liked: Cleanliness
The only complaint about this property was the swimming pool, In the property live three dogs which are allowed to swim in the swimming pool. When I complained about it, the staff in charge at the front desk told me that if I didn’t like I should go to the beach, which is bigger and has cleaner water. I do consider this response a luck of respect to the guest and poor management.
We drove the extra distance off the main route only to find a very run down area with garbage everywhere. It felt like it had been from a bygone era. Perhaps it’s better if you spend all your time on boats. The hotel is on down and overpriced for what it is.
