"Trots att dålig kommunikation mellan de anställda resulterade till att vi inte fick tillgång till vårt rum första natten, gjorde de därefter allt i sin makt för att vi skulle få en mycket trevlig vistelse!"

"Turned up at 9pm to a dirty chalet. It had not been cleaned when the other guests had moved out. There was dirty towels all over, dirty unmade beds, rubbish lying, dirty dishes. There was dust, toe nails and crumbs all over. We reported this and was told there were no other chalets available. We then were told it would be sorted within a few minutes. Over an hour later we were still sat waiting. No offer of a glass of water or coffee. When i asked thwy told me the bar was closed, yet staff were...

"Das Zimmer war echt sauber, sehr groß und gut gepflegt. Parkplätze waren genügend vorhanden. Das Frühstück war leider nicht so gut. Der Kaffee aus dem Automaten war sehr schlecht und hat überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Der Rest war ok."

"Pleasant hotel - nice location. Breakfast was reasonable."

"Everything was good. They could just do a bit better with room cleaning. The shower drain was full of hair and clogged."

"Excellent and peaceful location. Spa and amenities are within nice standard, just too bad that you have to pay extra for using sauna. Cleaning is a bit questionable as during our 4 days and 3 nights stay, nobody changed our bedsheets or towels. Also, the mattress was perhaps old and too used, lumpy and deep in the middle which gave me backaches. Overall, happy with our stay."
