"Great location just inside the Pile gate. The staff were polite and helpful. Room was lovely with high ceilings, 2 windows, effective A/C, great double windows for sound, spacious bathroom, lots of storage. Would definitely stay there again. 2 Adults in our group."

"The building is not a classical hotel set up. The entrance, on the second floor, has a lobby along with dentist offices. The stairs to the rooms look a little shady however the rooms are well put together and the staff was very personable. "

"This hotel is up a hillside with the most spectacular views! The staff are incredibly welcoming and bend over backwards to help you. We loved their WhatsApp feature so you could easily message reception with any questions. The restaurant was nice by the pool, my only note was the menu for early afternoon was a better than dinner so it might be nice if they merged these.
