Walking in to a hotel and having to get checked in through plexy glass says it all...I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any friend's or family. The accomodations were so poor I drove home.

Place was disgusting and I should have known better to book this. Thankfully, I was only there for one night. I'm from an urban area, and even I felt uneasy just standing outside late at night. The place is trashy, smells bad, beat up, and not worthy of even being on Expedia or any of the other travel sites. How this is part of a massive chain, I have no idea. Room stunk, air didn't really work and gave off an odor, water pressure was non-existant. Just don't stay here, simple as that. Don't let the price fool you.

The staff was very good. It was easy to get to the harbor. It was easy to find food to eat. The only thing I didn’t like was the parking on the brochure. It says free parking and I had to pay the garage $20 which wasn’t bad I will recommend them to someone.

I guess that you get what you pay for. Someone else's food was left in the microwave in my assigned room. Mattress and bed skirts had seen better days. Pillows were of lesser quality than decorative home decor pillows. Clogged, slow draining sink. I'm sure it may not be the worst place, but it could certainly be a lot better. Definitely needs an update. Staff was great and very welcoming.

There was nothing really special about this property. I booked a king suite and they tried to give me a small double room with scuffed up walls instead. The tv in my room also didn’t work. Breakfast was not good. You get what you pay for

Staff was excellent. The rooms are tiny and there is only hourly street parking or a $20/day public garage that’s closes at 9pm and all day Sundays. Breakfast bar is minimal. The property is also at a major intersection, so lots of traffic noise, particularly sirens. Would only stay again in an extreme pinch.

The pictures are not current. You will be highly disappointed. Do not waste your time by staying at this dump. We checked out after five minutes of checking in. The air was not working, and the room smelled of mold and cigarettes.
