Was only here for one night.I felt comfortable, room was clean& tidy.I loved the fact there was a outside bar with Tv to watch the football game, nice clean area.Possibly would stay again if I were in this area.

Parking was easy and good. Price was decent. Staff were efficient. Room was a little dated even with certain upgrade. But for 1 or 2 nights stay to rest your head and take a shower, for the price it was worth it.

The courtyard was a nice touch. The choice in pillows for the bed is great and the covers and mattress were perfect. The peaceful atmosphere lulled me right to sleep.

Was initially given a room that had been blocked for cleaning. Manager resolved issue quickly. Room was nice, beds comfy. My room was in front of building, right next to Highway so a bit noisy. Breakfast was basically nonexistent; waffles not available o y a few pieces of bread for toast and 2 types of cereal.

I wasn't impressed with the first persons customer service. She barely said anything. No greeting. Didn't seem friendly. She wasn't rude, just did nothing more than a robotic check in, put the key on the counter and then told me where the room was. Ive stayed in hundreds of hotels all over the country; all with different styles and customs. Because of this experience, the ones you notice are the ones that fall short, usually in customer service or attitude. This was the most noticeably poor service that I've experienced in years. Another issue was the door was not repaired when they said it was. Essentially it was unlocked and a security risk my entire stay. Overall, the room served its purpose. It was worth the money i paid, but nothing more than that. My only recommendation is that the personal customer agents try harder to look and sound more professional. I couldn't tell the staff from the hotel guests. Customer service is everything today and this could've been better.

The stay was definitely not worth the money. The place felt old and had a bad smell. The first room we were given reeked of cigarette smoke, even though we requested non-smoking. When we asked for a different room, the front desk gave us a non-smoking one, which was slightly better but still dark and dull. Since we checked in late, I requested a late checkout for 3 PM, and the staff member who assisted us initially assured us it was fine. However, the next day, a different staff member—who had just started his shift—called us and abruptly asked us to vacate the room immediately, without letting me explain the arrangement we had made. While I understand we were past the standard checkout time, this was due to the previous staff member’s approval. The way this situation was handled was completely unprofessional and showed a lack of concern for customer service. Besides the poor service, the rooms were outdated and musty, making for an unpleasant stay. The only positive was the well-maintained outdoor space, which looked nice. The breakfast was average, with the usual basic items. Overall, for the $119 we paid, the stay was far from worth it, and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

It was an easy and efficient check-in. Great price for the stay. The representative that checked me in didn't give any amenities information or provide directions to the room until I asked for assistance. I was advised that they offer smoking and non-smoking rooms.
