The staff could’ve been more efficient, it took 45 mins just to check him, and when I arrived to my room the key didn’t work so I had to return to the front desk to straighten things out. The front desk clerk was apologetic and took care of the problem, but it was a bit of a delay. If this establishment had bottled water and snacks available it would have made my stay awesome instead of just great. "
