Womderful Accomidations and Staff

The sgagf was amazing and the room was as well. The only detractor was that the.air conditioning didn't quite cool the room effectively. We mentioned that upon checkout.

Excellent!

Really lovely hotel ideal for families. The staff are very helpful and go far beyond their duties to help guests and make their stay as comfortable as possible. Food is great and the hotel is clean and hygienic. I would recommend staying here. We were particularly impressed by Heri, Dede (7th floor), Choirul, Rusli, Maya, Ditiya , Ficky, Ahmad Yani, Chef Hardi, Novel, Fatmawati, Desinda, Maria, Samwell , Tubagus, Naris, Nabila (Chef), Nabila (restaurant), Iis, Fitri, Maria, Hilda, Bella, Agil, Agus, Dedi, Deni, Hardi, Dora, Syahrul .... and many more !

Good hotel in Lampung

The hotel is ok, room is ok, breakfast is ok and the hotel staffs are ok. However i booked non smoking room but i got smoking room. The toilet have to be checked because the smell is not good.

New Year in Bandar Lampung....

The hotel was nice and the staff welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. Overall the service was fine, however the breakfast menu could stand a refresh as some items were more for lunch or dinner than breakfast.

Hotel Swissbell Lampung sangat tidak profesional.

Kami sekeluarga kecewa pd Selasa malam pd saat kami pulang kekamar hotel jam 7 malam tgl 27/06/17 dimana sepasang handuk mandi yg di ambil house keeping tidak diganti dengan yang baru, kami sdh menghubungi langsung housekeeping dan resepsionis dg jawaban handuk terbatas (alasan yg tidak masuk diakal utk hotel kelas international) dan akhirnya kami baru bisa mendapatkan handuk mandi pada Jam 12 malam, saat kami sudah tertidur dan belum bisa mandi karena tdk ada handuk hotel.

Good Clean hotel with good range of breakfast

Overall is a good stay at 7th hotel Lampung, with good wifi strength for internet. The downside is that the room is lacking of electrical sockets (there are only 2 in the room (one at the pantry and one on the dressing table) none of which beside the bed. They have a good range of breakfast foods. Keep it up.

Newly opened hotel

We stayed at the executive suite. The room is very spacious with comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good with loads of choices. The service was remarkable. Very recommended!
