"Loved this place, felt so safe and welcome, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the owner is such a sweet kind man and cared for me when i had issues with cancellations from other tours and had to stay longer, the only issue is the shower is very weak. "丁寧で親切な対応で快適に過ごすことができた。朝食の時間に遅れたが、きちんと対応してくれた。
24時間受付がいて、朝4:00開始のツアーでも対応してくれた。
ただ、旧市街の中心地から距離があり、毎回歩くとさすがに疲れるのでタクシーが必要。
近所に売店や食事するところがあり、ちょっと歩くがショッピングモールがあり便利"

"Great little hotel for the price. The staff were all lovely and helpful, they let us check-in very early on short notice and held our bags on the last day to let us explore Cusco one last day before our bus. The location is quite a ways out of the historic centre but there is a great local market with a lot of dining options nearby. "

"Owners are lovely, they took great care of us. Room was a little cold and they brought us a heater plus more comfortable blankets (not the very heavy ones they'll give in some hostels). They brought us some tea as well. Very lovely couple ~"
