"My stay was good. The hotel is being maintained but I had just 3 issues.
1. The parking is no longer free. If someone is flying away from BWI then charge them. I saw an elderly woman leave her car and wait in the lobby. She should pay because she was heading straight to the airport on July 6th.
2. I asked for a quiet room and the night before check-out someone placed a family with a baby and 1 toddler and 1 small dog into the room just next door. Our last morning was noisy.

"The rooms typically are clean but the carpet was dirty and had not been vacuumed. Staff checking in was amazing! Shuttle arrived on time and got us to the airport. When I called for a shuttle pickup on our return, the staff said she did not have time for me and have a lot of people checking in. We had to hire a taxi. The shuttle service is a huge consideration when we travel and leave from BWI airport. This has been the 2nd issue we have had with Marriott Courtyard in our recent stays."

"The room was great. The bathroom on the other hand was awful. The tub wouldn’t drain properly and the there were patches of hair on the ceiling in the tub. The wall in the bathroom were under construction. Curtain rod was coming off the wall and the faucet was as well falling out. Was pleased with the bedroom but the bathroom was awful."

"The staff was really nice. Nice options for breakfast. My children and grandson really enjoyed the pool. Location was very convenient for traveling to different locations. The negative issue was the smell entering the room. I had to open the windows and spray Lysol but didn’t help. The room was very clean and neat though. The cleaning lady was friendly as well. No problems with the Wi-Fi."
