"I was very disappointed with my stay and would not stay here again. While the breakfast was good, the overall experience was unacceptable. Upon arrival, the downstairs bathroom had no toilet paper or seat covers, and the floor was filthy. Staff were sometimes helpful, but I repeatedly heard unprofessional behavior, including employees using profanity in public areas. The lobby TV content was also inappropriate and uncomfortable to be around.

"The coffee came out just water. We tried several cups nothing but water. Breakfast was bagels, small muffins and cereal. Definitely short on staff only one person trying to fill the muffins and do the desk plus run the shuttle to the airport. Next time we will definitely try a different hotel"

"The staff were very friendly and responsive, and my room was very nice and in good condition. I used the laundry room, and I found the app I had to use to pay a little confusing to work with but pretty typical. I also used the fitness center. There were adjustable dumbbells, which were useful, but I was unable to use the stationary recumbent bike because I was unable to slide the seat at all. Otherwise, I found it to be a great place to stay convenient to stores, parks, and the airport."

"Pool was broken the first night. Our room had ants. The staff were nice. The hotel and rooms are older that they upgraded a few things to make it appear newer and nicer than it actually is. You can hear people above you walking around. "
