"This is a very nice, clean, comfortable hotel with a good complimentary breakfast and plenty of parking very close to the entrance of Presque Isle State Park. The bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious. We were greeted with a smile from Property Manager, Rudy, who was friendly and accommodating. My husband and I stayed for four nights and we would surely stay here again the next time we are in Erie."

"The location of the hotel was amazing. I enjoyed taking morning walks across the street to watch the sunrise off of Presque Isle.
However, at the same time with the hotel being so close to Bayfront Parkway and my room being adjacent to it made for loud noises."

"As a solo female traveler, I felt safe here at this hotel. The breakfast was fabulous! This is not your standard buffet, instead it's a diner with waitresses and a menu. Food was cooked to order, fresh and the staff was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again!"

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! An absolute hell hole , have a “maintenance man” living in the parking lot . The fridge was broken and not fixed, the ac was broken and not fixed . The room claimed it accommodated 12 people but only accommodated 3 people . An the staff is a nightmare. Spent 400 for 2 nights and in the family room you’re only proved a microwave so we were grilling and they told us that it’s not allowed and made us cook elsewhere . Take your hard earned money elsewhere"

"I didnt like that you had to go outside no matter where you were going, 3ven the lobby. Our floors in our room weren't the cleanest. Our feet were very dirty just from walking around the room for awhile. Shampoo and conditioner were empty. Same with hand soap. The housekeepers definitely dont do a good job."

"Other than the welcoming and helpful staff, our stay was totally disappointing. We reserved a king room which was very tight. The bathroom layout was particularly difficult to navigate. The toilet was low and the shower was a real squeeze. The hallways were not air conditioned and the carpets stained. The exercise room was also not airconditioned and felt like a sauna. Although we have stayed at several Country Inn and Suites in other locations, this one was HORRIBLE!! Never again!"
