"This hotel offers complicated and easy airport shuttle service which was very convenient since we didn’t rent a car for our weekend trip. We were attending a concert at GSR, which was only a short drive away. The rooms were uniquely decorated and we really liked the Marshall Bluetooth speaker. The only weird thing about the room is that the shower is out in the open with a clear door so if you’re sharing a room with a friend, there is no privacy. Hotel staff was great and friendly. "

The front has depressing homeless people due the the property s only flaw. A poor rundown area of Reno. "Loved this hotel. More like a boutique hotel than the big casino hotel options in the area. We loved our room. It had lots of personality; not a cookie cutter kind of room at all. The bathroom was spacious and modern and we loved the toiletries they provided. The check in was easy and really liked having a code for the door instead of a card. "Great place for a weekend in Reno. Steps from the riverwalk, spacious rooms, showers are hot and strong. There's a fantastic bar (Only on weekends) and the antique furniture throughout the hotel is worth a visit just on its own merit. Highly recommend, but Sun-Thur, you may prefer one of the bigger hotels.
Wife and I love it, but it may not appeal to folks seeking a casino-style hotel."
