"The rooms both nights I was there, were very clean, very spacious, great beds, and so quiet! There were several groups there so I thought it might be extra loud but it was the opposite. Easy access to Mayo Clinic was helpful as well. A great place to stay!"

"The entire property smelled strongly of chlorine from the pool. That included in our room. My friend had irritated eyes and sinuses from it. I had a bad headache. It's a nice property with a great staff, but something needs to be done about the smell. "

"The Berkman is a very modern hotel. Wonderful for short or long term stays. Rooms are well insulated, you don’t hear your neighbors. We had a one bedroom suite. Very nice kitchen facilities, fully equipped. Comfy bed and sofa. Nice balcony. Dog friendly, sixth floor has a dog relief area and even a dog bath.
