"The hotel is newly renovated and has a bright and clean interior. The exterior could use some grooming - cigarette butts and trach in and around the parking lot.
Main complaint: automated check in inefficient, cumbersome and frustrating.
No hot water throughout the stay
Breakfast poorly set up and serviced by hotel staff. Both days of the stay no hot plates, no milk for cereal or hot water for oatmeal. Coffee maker inefficient.
Place has potential but not with current management"
