"Good room and service"

"The staff are polite and excellent. Free airport shuttle is great and the driver communicated well. However, the free shuttle from hotel to the airport had fixed time departure, so please check with the hotel if free shuttle is necessary. Breakfast was good. Gym was good. Swimming pool was good. Room service was efficient. They take tap and go for payment. I had a family room for 5 nights, however the the bathroom is not well maintained. They had cracked tiles, toilet was stained. If you aren't too bothered with the bathroom being a bit old and not very well maintained. Then that's not a problem. It's quite convenient, 10 min by car to the airport, 5-7 min walk to the waterbom park and about 15 min walk to the beachwalk shopping centre. Overall experience was ok."

"Did not like that breakfast was served at the street facing restaurant for some rooms and if you wanted to eat at the beach facing resaturant needed to pay an extra 100,000 rupiah per person per day."

"Beautiful hotel inside and out in walking distance to a beautiful beach. The resort has it’s own swimming pool and lounging area. A free breakfast buffet and free airport shuttle was nice. Wonderful staff. Spacious room. There’s a upscaled restaurant on the premises called “Envy” that serves excellent meals. I would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is definitely a good option if you are looking for a hotel near the airport (only 30min away). It is a huge complex and it’s amazing to see how well it is managed. Staff was excellent although it don’t start well. In an American hotel chain I was told that they don’t have too many king size beds. Then I was told I’ve been upgraded to a larger room. Upon entering the room it was the same situation which I experience more frequently around the world. A room with facilities for handicapped guests is being presented as an ‚upgrade with more space‘. It was sorted out afterwards but it becomes more a nuisance that I have to mention it explicitly at checkin every time."
