"Clean hotel with friendly staff, spacious room with comfortable bed. However there were train tracks directly outside our room causing a loud noise every 10 or so minutes."

The location is good for visiting Anglesey & Eryri, close to restaurants and amenities in Bangor, and having Garth Pier a few steps away was a bonus.
Hotel was clean and refurbished to have modern rooms & bathrooms. Other features do remind you that it is an old property such as the windows, lack of lifts and the sound travelling from rooms above, but did not diminish the experience. Sea & pier view from the bedroom was a highlight.
