"The property needs new management and better training. My party arrived before 3PM check-in, and the room was not ready. We waited in the lobby near the front desk, in a way that would be obvious to the staff that checked us in. The staff, however, did not alert us when the room was ready. "Very close to the airport. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee is great! They offer parking but only a few spots available. Our room was on a corner and it was pretty cold at night and they only have 2 bed sheets with a flannel in between. You can ask for one more "Ponchito" (flannel) in reception tho"

The hotel was spotless, modern, and located in a fantastic area with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.
