"The room was pretty clean. Great location and only a 1 mile walk to bar harbor so it was pretty convenient given it was impossible to find a parking at bar harbor. The staff was very friendly. Just remember the office closes at 9pm so please inform them ahead if you plan on checking in after 9pm. They did leave an envelope with instructions on entering the room but better to let them know ahead."

"Ample parking. Nice amenities in the office 24/7. I usually dont stay in motels but the rates and location were too good to pass and wow was our room nice. Very clean and well appointed. I'll stay here everything I visit for sure"

"The property is beautiful and you can see the ocean from the property, and possibly from your room depending on your booking. The balconies in the ocean view room we had were semi private which was great. Our room was very clean and they did mild management each day we were there to tidy it up. One of my favorite things was that they had a surge protector in the room to mitigate plugs! It was also far enough out of town you can really see the stars! Would stay again!"

"This property is old and rooms are outdated, BUT, they are large rooms and very clean….spectacular views (sunrise) from Looking Glass restaurant deck….firepit up there , so great spot for glass of wine at end of day…..very walkable into town"
