"We booked the room, due to holding an event in the rum warehouse. It was exceptional from the staff to the amazing communication nothing was at fault.
The breakfast is hot and fresh with lots on offer.
Thank you to Chloe, Daisy, Sas and the rest of the team your customer service is amazing.
Not forgetting the rest of the staff groups.
Sadly we didn’t get to sample the spa but guests who we bumped into said how gorgeous it was.

"Room was fine with what looked like a recently refurbished bathroom. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was beautifully presented and of à high quality. Would definitely stay here again"
