We're from North America, so 24-hour coffee is one of the favorite services in this hotel. The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly. Overall, a very good experience.

Good sleep but thats the only good point

On the plus side, there was a good amount of seating in the lobby and bar area. Room had what was needed and bed was comfortable so had a great night sleep. The shower however wss terrible with barely a trickle of water. The coffee at breakfast was terrible, very weak and the milk tasted off. Mentioned it to the staff but the only reply we got was, it is fine. It has beans and milk. There were no reception staff around in the morning to mention these concerns to. On check in, had to wait for staff to come and help then go wawy again to get help logging in - took a while and the receptionist on duty gave the impression the last thing wanted was to be there. I wouldn't stay here again and wouldn't reccommend tge hotel

The property was perfect for being able to sleep. The free hot chocolate and water helped rehydration after longs day. The train station is about 15-20 minute walk but was an easy ride into Barcelona.
