The rooms were spacious and had the luxury of a balcony. They were very well sound proofed, despite being above a busy road. The staff were amazingly friendly. Very clean everywhere and excellent central location.

Breakfast and staff are excellent. Rooms are clean. Location is perfect, within walking distance to many places, restaurants, museums, shops. The only problem is they have no ramps for luggage. The female staff insisted on carrying our luggage for us, just a few steps, but still, I think the hotel can add a ramp for ease of pulling luggage around.

Room was very clean and spotless including the bathroom. Located on a nice traditional Spanish street within walking distance of 1-3km's to places like Barcelona Cathedral, Sagrada Familia and La Pedrera - Casa Mila to name just a few. Many restaurants and shopping nearby, good central location. Staff was very helpful and approachable. We appreciated the young lady who checked us in early after we left our cruise ship quite early in the morning, allowed us to recharge and make the most of our one day in Barcelona, thank you!

The staff was friendly and welcoming. Laura helped us from the moment we arrived . She greeted us at the door and helped us with our luggage.She helped throughout our stay with directions and provided us with s list of recommendations of restaurants from the hotel. All were excellent. We loved the hotel decor.
