"Arrived to check in for myself and family 3 in total, had booked a room to sleep 3.
Checked in took about 20 minutes with a silent glare from from the staff.
Was given a room key and found our room to be not what was shown on the photographs and only one bed!?! Not sure where one of us was supposed to sleep? Possibly on the floor?
This was such a poor experience I literally walked back down stairs and checked out.
Had to spend a small fortune to accommodate my family for the holiday on...

"Hotel was great and staff super helpful when trying to deal with the situation where our hotels.com reservation didn't exist on arrival at the hotel. Managed to find us a room whereas Hotels.com weren't able to find suitable accommodation."
