Was told at the desk when checking out I was required to contact reception to ask for shower cap ???? and no they don't provide complimentary water. I've stayed in 4 different hotels over past 2 months and complimentary water was standard in a each one."

We paid an additional premium to book a Harbour View room, but unfortunately the actual view was very different from what was advertised on the booking page. Most of the view was blocked by ongoing construction, leaving only a very limited view of Darling Harbour.
