Brookstone Lodge near Biltmore Village, an Ascend Collection Hotel
I had to wait to enter the building until someone at the front desk finally heard the phone ringing, I followed protocall for after hours check in. Also when I got into my room we had bugs on the bed. I killed and flushed in the toilet. Very discussing

Fox Run at Lake Lure
The apartment was great, but the place of checking was terrible and the staff member who helped me was not nice at all
