"The room was clean and comfortable and has what I needed, location was excellent. The staff and manager were great and very friendly and helpful. I have a story to share, I dropped my little bag While I get out of my taxi in front of the hotel it has my passport, ID, credit cards and cash mony. I thought I lost it, next day I asked the manager to look at the camera and check it out we went through a lot of records till we found that a delivery guy has picked it up and left through many efforts by the hotel staff we got his phone number and the manager called him in a very professional way to bring my bag back I got everything with a huge relief. big thanks to the hotel staff and Mr Sameh, the manger. "

"Paradise Hotel was a great choice for us it’s very nice place the room with balcony was very good and clean the stay excluded breakfast and breakfast was very good the staff at the reception from the manager Ms Omnia Yasmin and Abdul rahman were very helpful and nice our thanks to all of them. Overall we were very happy in this hotel and also this hotel is 2 minutes from City Star the biggest mall in Cairo we definitely stay there again "

"18 hours without water, my room door couldn’t lock for couple of days. No English speakers at front desk. I asked for tawels it took then two days to get it. Add the racest attitude to words blanks by some staffers. I won’t return. "
