"Room was hard to find. Staff not very helpful. They were busy with some kind of conference. Room was basic but comfortable. Breakfast was good, although dining area could do with a makeover."

"I absolutely adore the W hotel. The aesthetics is on point. Love the pool. I wish they would bring back the $20 Sunday funday that they had back during the pandemic times. The only thing that sucked was a fire alarm went off at like 5/6am . When you’re drunk as a skunk tryna get some shut eye in, it’s nothing like a alarm going off and now you gotta decide do you get up and leave the building or sleep through a potential fire cause you’re that tired. I’m sure that was a one off event but man it sucked . Other than that, I would recommend anyone comes here!"
