"I reserved a king bed room, but when I checked in, it smelled strongly of weed despite being labeled as a non-smoking room. I complained and, after about two hours, Richard at the front desk was helpful, but unfortunately he said there were no other king rooms available. He also mentioned they couldn’t assign that room to another guest, yet it was the only option offered to me.
If I had been alone, I might have accepted it, but I was traveling with two toddlers, which made the situation much more difficult. Although he offered a refund, it was already 10 PM and my kids were tired and crying, so leaving wasn’t really an option.
To make matters worse, the toilet was flooded, and the overall environment didn’t feel family-friendly. There were people outside playing loud music, barbecuing, and smoking weed. I don’t have anything against that, but it’s not the kind of place I would choose to stay with children.
Overall, I would not return."
