"Beim Check-in haben wir zunächst ein altes, für eine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern ungeeignetes Zimmer erhalten. Nach meiner Beschwerde hat sich das Hotel mehrfach entschuldigt und uns zunächst ein kleineres Zimmer sowie eine teilweise Rückerstattung angeboten. Am nächsten Tag konnten wir dann in das ursprünglich gebuchte Zimmer umziehen. Der restliche Aufenthalt war insgesamt angenehm. Einziger Kritikpunkt war, dass der Fernseher in beiden Zimmern nicht funktionierte. Im ersten Zimmer wurde...

"Smelt of smoke but receptionist staff offered to put fragrance. They promised to move our rooms burt first staff said next day other staff said fully booked and coukd following day but we never heard anything. Tv was not working whole visit. Breakfast was half empty and had to keep asking for replace.phone didnt work."

"As we requested for 2 separate beds, they did their best to fulfill the request. Excellent!!"

"Staff were polite but the hotel is very basic and quite noisy. I had a lot of road noise and drilling until past midnight. The whole hotel and my room smelt badly of cigarette smoke. Comfortable bed though... "
