"Was a pretty good 4 star hotel in terms of cleanliness, location and access to pools/beaches. The beaches at the front are nice but there are even nicer spots a short walk either side of the hotel. The only downside would be there are some choices which make it feel like a cheap hotel, such as charging for use of their sun beds on the beachfront even though you are a guest, or they charged for tiny amount ketchup and mayo when having lunch there (without informing us it was just added to the bill for €2 each)"

"Great hotel for families with ideal location outside of Bol but close enough to walk in, 20 minute walk). Zlanti Rat beach (10 minute walk) but we preferred the quieter, smaller beaches just outside the hotel. The hotel is large so pool always busy, indoor pool much quieter. We found the food quality and variety great for meal times but ambience inside the restaurant often felt like a canteen. Our tip would be to eat on the veranda outside, this was beautiful with a view over the promenade and out to sea. We would definitely return to Bol and this hotel."

"The resort has probably some of the most friendly and helpful people I’ve ever met! Everyone was genuinely happy and keen to help with anything we needed. The beach was beautiful although it had an extra charge per day. The only thing I’d say, is that the main building needs some maintenance; the gym was disappointing and parking can be tricky."

"This was our third time staying at this resort because we’ve always enjoyed it. The room was very clean, and the housekeeping staff was excellent—very friendly, professional, and attentive. However, the bar experience was disappointing. The beach bar wasn’t open during our stay, which was a big disappointment. The main bar also had issues with its system being down, and the staff seemed confused most of the time. I asked about the status of my order, and the bartender simply looked at me, said they didn’t have my order, then turned away and ignored me. The order arrived about five minutes later, making the whole situation even more confusing. For a 5-star resort, I expected a much higher level of service. Hopefully, these issues will be improved because we’ve always enjoyed staying here."

"Modern bohemian beach decor. Fun atmosphere. Super clean. Hardworking staff. Location is awesome. Right on beach and close to promenade of restaurants and bar. Flex board is fantastic. Can use towards drinks or food. Buffet breakfast is plentiful. Would definitely stay here again. Ask for view facing pool/sea/mountains."
