Saturday i ask the maid for some clean towels. She left the the female owner. Came back to the room and close the door no clean towels. Sunday check out was at eleven o'clock. 10:10 the female owner didn't knock open the door told me it was check out. I told her it wasn't eleven plus i was waiting on my car to come. And it was 10:16 a.m. and she took the key. Its wasn't nice at all. Plus i made my reservation it to paid when i made there Friday. They had already changed Friday on my card before i got there. Then i had two paid the second day before i got the key it was $97 and some changes but gave 100.00 and never got back the 2.80. Will never go back there again. Was going to make reservation for September while i was there but treatment no way.

Genuinely a nice place to stay, especially for the price point. Nothing major to complain about. People leave you alone. If you get a room with a kitchenette, they are super handy. Especially, to keep leftovers or to store groceries. The internet is decent. Overall a 8/10. There was a smell but I think that is from the cleaners they use or that previous tenants have smoked and that is hard to clean/get out of the walls.

It was the last motel available in the B.R city area (so many graduations at one time!) so I took it. The alternative was to set up 15 miles E or W of BR. Downside was low economic area; and noisy people in the motel Saturday night,

This was the worymotel I have ever stayed in my entire life. I have never seen a motel without coat hangers and this was the case here. Never ever will stay in such a terrible place. You should have warned me. I find your system to be guilty more than the motel.

There was no iron or ironing board to press my clothes so that’s the number one no no for me... Bed was not comfortable at all and the air unit was loud out of the ordinary.

Worst experience
This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a motel I stay in motels close to 300 days a year because I travel for work. The lights in the bathroom didn't work and as I was showering the shower curtain rod fell off and I had to catch it. I laid down to go to sleep and people started barbecuing and partying in the parking lot outside my door. I called the office five times from 10 to 3 in the morning trying to get help in quieting them down. The next morning when I spoke to the manager about the problem he called me a liar and told me none of that happened wow.

We are extremely sorry about your experience at our motel. We have found out about your complain, that another guest was doing barbeque at 3 rooms away. As soon as you have complained to the front desk clerk, he took an action and informed the guest who was doing barbeque. They took some time to stop it. We have watched in the camera recording and found out that they have stopped it at @ 10.30pm. We have never told you that you are a liar, we have informed that we had taken action and try to stop as early as possible. The next day guest has called to the motel and complained the same but he was asking for refund of money, we have informed guest we do not refund the money. So he said he will write the bad report on your website. We are again sorry for what had happened, our staff has tried their level best he can do.

The walls were thin. There were cob webs everywhere in our room. There was a 2 inch space under our door to the outside. The door was already open when we arrived.

Good place to stay with clean rooms, courteous staff and mostly working class tenants. It's a nice play to stay for a few nights or a few weeks if you're working in the area.

I like the rooms lay out. The only thing I didn’t like was that every room and it’s occupants had cars or trucks and there wasn’t enough of parking space.

Place was clean and well lit parking lot. Never felt uncomfortable or unsafe. A decent "no-frills" motel that has housekeeping daily. No coffee maker but I travel for work a lot so I always have my own. Easy check-in. I'd stay here again.

We stayed here for a week while working in town. You would think it would not be that great just driving by, but it is actually pretty clean, has been remodeled, they clean the rooms daily, you can request them to only change out towels and mop, whatever you prefer, the employees and management were very nice. They have microwaves and fridge in room, laundry on site, coffee only in the mornings, and there seem to be other construction type people that stay here, and most of the other neighbors seemed friendly, and did not bother each other. It is close to a few restaurants within walking distance, and getting ready to build a new restaurant next door. I would stay here again because of the price, and it is smoking outside now
