"It is an older building what you lose in age you gain in character. The stairs can be challenging for older people no elevator available. The bathroom ran out of toilet paper and when I called downstairs, I was told I had to come down three flights of stairs to get a roll of toilet paper because no one else was around. We had a room with a shared bathroom, but it worked out just fine with the exception that some people left dirty towels on the floor"

"Room was clean, staff was friendly & helpful. Lobby did not seem as clean as the rooms. Super loud as it is close to the airport. You may wake up feeling as if a plane is landing on your bed."

"Called ahead that we were in town to get checked in early, we got the ok. However when we arrived we were told our room wasn’t ready and put us on another room. Absolutely no view or anything pleasant outside window and toilet ran and wouldn’t stop after a flush. Told front desk and they would send someone.
